The Step-by-Step Reconstitution Process
1. Clean the rubber stoppers of both the BAC water and the peptide vial with alcohol.
2. Draw the required amount of water into your syringe.
3. Insert the needle into the peptide vial. Crucial: Direct the water stream against the inner glass wall of the vial. Do not spray the water directly onto the lyophilized powder, as the pressure can damage the peptide structure.
Gently swirl the vial until the powder is completely dissolved. Never shake the vial. Mechanical agitation is a primary cause of peptide degradation in laboratory settings.
